Payments

$20 Deposit is required upon booking. Non-refundable deposit is required but it does go towards the total.

Cash app, Zelle, Apple pay, and or booking on website is all accepted.

Guest

For the comfort and safety of all clients, no extra guest are permitted during lash appointments.

Late Policy & No shows

Clients are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled appointments. A grace period of up to 10 minutes is allowed. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, a 15% fee will be automatically charged to your card to cover the inconvenience and disruption *Clients who fail to show up without notice will be charged 100% of the service fee. No-shows impact our schedule and prevent others from booking that time. *

Cancelations

Cancellations made 24 hours or less before your service will be charged 50% of the service cost. This covers time reserved and the challenge of rebooking last-minute. Thanks for understanding! *
